Sales Representative
Overview

As a trusted partner of the nation's leading cellular and wireless provider, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional service and value to our clients. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team and help drive success for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with assigned client accounts.
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and escalations, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
- Understand client needs and objectives, and proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services.
- Collaborate with client liaison and management to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Manage contract negotiations and renewals with new customerss, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
- Monitor existing customer satisfaction and engagement levels, and take proactive steps to address any issues or concerns.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, transactions, and communications using CRM software.
- Continuously strive to enhance the customer experience and exceed expectations, driving customer retention and loyalty.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; higher education preferred
- Proven experience as an Sales Representative or similar role, with a track record of successfully managing client accounts and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities, with a keen eye for identifying opportunities and mitigating risks.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Previous experience in the wireless cellular industry is preferred but not required.
Pay Scale & Benefits:
- Pay range of $600-$1000 weekly.
- Commission: Performance-based commission for meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Bonus: Performance bonus based on company profitability and individual contributions.
- Benefits: PTO. This position does not offer traditional benefits such as health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, or retirement plans.

Account Manager
- Starting as an Account Manager marks the initial step towards management within our organization. Here, individuals undergo comprehensive training in direct marketing, face-to-face sales, client relations, territory and time management, and problem-solving techniques. The aim at this stage is to deeply understand the products we represent, effectively market them to consumers, and drive sales for our clients.
Team Lead
- Upon completion of the Account Manager phase, team members advance to the role of Team Lead, assuming greater leadership responsibilities within our office. Here, Management Trainees oversee the growth and development of a sales team while honing their sales and marketing skills.
Assistant Manager
- The Junior Partner phase focuses on mastering the operational aspects of managing a successful marketing and sales firm. Training includes areas such as human resources, recruitment, public relations, advertising, payroll, and bookkeeping. Collaborating closely with the administration team offers insights into the daily operations of the office.
Manager
- Finally, as a Managing Partner, individuals oversee a branch location representing our Fortune 500 clients across various U.S. markets. Continuous development of people skills and managerial responsibilities ensures ongoing growth beyond the training period. This progression opens doors to overseeing multiple offices and marketing campaigns for our clients in the future.
